High Speed Servo Feeder

The original SRF Feeder was pioneered and developed by Yamada since the 1980s.

The innovational servo motor and position controller are combined to realize high pitch accuracy and high speed up to 2000 spm. Both upper and the lower rolls are motorized in order to minimize the inertia. The material thickness is automatically adjusted without any manual operation. Very easy operation with all the parameters (feed pitch, feed angle and pilot release angle) programmed and memorized on the press Auto-Setting- System.
