At Yamada Dobby, our Research and Development team is constantly pushing the boundaries of press technology to deliver innovative solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. A notable milestone in our history is the OMEGA-F1, developed around the turn of the millennium, which held the record as the fastest press in the world at 4,000 strokes per minute. More recently, at the MF Tokyo Exhibition in 2025, we unveiled the X2S-18, setting a new world record at 5,000 strokes per minute.
Continuing our commitment to innovation, we developed the ALT-Series, which combines a crankshaft with a direct servo drive to achieve exceptional speed and acceleration. The NXT-Wi-Series is another example of cutting-edge engineering, having outstanding Bottom-Dead-Center accuracy while offering an adjustable stroke length—a feature that normally reduces precision, yet our design maintains unparalleled accuracy.
Every press is built according to customer specifications, and we remain flexible in modifying existing designs to meet specific requirements.
